Navepumupe (/ˈnave/ /puˈmupe/ [nature] [lucky]) is a temperate Town located within an unincorporated place located at 5.8377°N by 39.7661°S.
The name Navepumupe is derived from the Sylvin language, as Navepumupe was founded by Nrèsi hu Apries, who was culturaly Ancient.
Climate
Navepumupe has a yearly average temperature of 21°C (69°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 34°C (93°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Navepumupe receives an average of 268 cm/y (105 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Navepumupe covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 11628 m (-4800 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Navepumupe was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1281, by Nrèsi hu Apries. The establishment of Navepumupe suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Navepumupe was built using the conventions of Ancient durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Navepumupe is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Navepumupe is buildings are built arround a single spacious baked earthen mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Navepumupe's peasent-grade has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Navepumupe has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Navepumupe’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.

Navepumupe has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Navepumupe has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Navepumupe's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Navepumupe possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Navepumupe's grid is powered by a direct leyline tap.
Navepumupe's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Navepumupe has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Navepumupe has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Navepumupe's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art. However, many buildings with large ceiling spaces had their ceilings decorated with elaborate paintings, simply because the large flat spaces could feel wasted.

The Ice Elemental, Small near Navepumupe are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Navepumupe's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves reenactments to channel Summoning energies of tier 2 via speaking in tongues.
